FLPC is a Nevada based mineral exploration company with a primary focus on lithium and vanadium exploration and development in the United States.

** FLPC recently reported that the Gravity Survey of the Company’s Lida Valley (LVW Claims) Nevada lithium claim has been completed by Hasbrouck Geophysics Corp and it has provided positive results. The data from the Gravity Survey has resulted in the identification of multiple deep trough system’s that could be a possible catch basin for lithium brine.

FLPC’s LVW claims share a similar geology and weathering history to nearby Clayton Valley, the LVW Claims are located within 15 miles of the Montezuma Peak, which is believed to be the source of the region’s lithium.

The north end of Clayton Valley hosts Chemetall Foote Corporation’s Silver Peak Mine, the only lithium brine producer in the United States. Mine production comes from a lithium enriched brine located below the surface. This plant has been in production since 1967 and is designed to produce up to 1.2 million kilograms of lithium hydroxide per annum.

FLPC considers the Lithium Ion and Lithium Air battery market, primarily for hybrid and electric vehicles, as its target market.

The worldwide market for lithium batteries is estimated at over $4 billion per year.

FCEL, FuelCell Energy, Inc.

DFC(R) fuel cells are generating power at over 50 locations worldwide. FCEL’s power plants have generated over 500 million kWh of power using a variety of fuels including renewable wastewater gas, biogas from beer and food processing, as well as natural gas and other hydrocarbon fuels.

FCEL has partnerships with major power plant developers and power companies around the world. FCEL also receives funding from the U.S. Department of Energy and other government agencies for the development of leading edge technologies such as fuel cells.

** FCEL reported the sale of two 300 kilowatt DFC300 fuel cell power plants to the Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) in southern California to be fueled by renewable biogas.

FCEL will service the power plants under a five year service agreement. The power plants will be located at the Perris Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility in Riverside County, California.

This order follows the purchase by EMWD of three DFC300 fuel cell power plants in late 2007 for its Moreno Valley wastewater treatment facility.

The power plants are expected to be operational by mid 2011.
