Aura Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:AUSI) announced today that it received orders for approximately $700,000.00 in transport refrigeration applications of the AuraGen. The ordered are to be completed no later than the middle of November. Zhongpin Inc. In connection with the offering, Zhongpin has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. Piper Jaffray & Co. acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering and Susquehanna Financial Group, LLLP acted as co-manager.
Stereotaxis, Inc. (Nasdaq: STXS) announced today that it had priced the public offering of 6,500,000 shares of its common at a price to the public of $4.00 per share. Stereotaxis has granted the underwriters of the offering an option to purchase up to an additional 975,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. All of the shares in the offering are being offered by Stereotaxis. Stereotaxis expects the offering to close on October 15, 2009.
Brightpoint, Inc. (Nasdaq:CELL) will release its full financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2009, on Wednesday, November 4, 2009, at approximately 4:30 p.m. EST (New York Time). On Thursday, November 5, 2009, at approximately 8:00 a.m. EST, Brightpoint will conduct a conference call to review the Company’s operations and financial performance and will answer participants’ questions. Representing Brightpoint will be Robert J. Laikin, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Anthony W. After allocating $1,110,000 to its Reserve for Loan Losses the Bank of South Carolina Corporation, (Nasdaq: BKSC) announced earnings for the third quarter of $136,521 compared to earnings of $712,072 for the three months ended September 30, 2008. Earnings for the nine months ended September 30, 2009, were $1,598,884 compared to $2,155,435 for the nine months ended September 30, 2008.
