Black Cloud Over Intel
1.- New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo filed antitrust lawsuit Wednesday against INTC, alleging the company threatened computer makers and paid huge kickbacks to stop them from using competitors’ chips.
2.- The Securities and Exchange Commission SEC filed civil charges (insider trading) on Oct. 16 against Galleon founder Raj Rajaratnam and five others, some of them executives of well-known U.S. companies. INTC is involved in that scandal.
