EGPI Firecreek, Inc. (OTCBB:EFIR) announced today that it has signed a binding letter of intent to acquire privately owned South Atlantic Traffic Corporation (”SATCO”), a Florida corporation. SATCO has been in business since 2001 and has several offices throughout the Southeast United States. They carry a variety of products and inventory geared primarily towards the transportation industry, which reportedly generate nearly $15 million in annual revenues. SATCO’s products range from traffic signal equipment, traffic and light poles, data/video systems and ITS surveillance systems. This acquisition will vertically integrate with the Company’s recently acquired M3 Unit and will help accelerate future anticipated growth.
Plug Power Inc. (Nasdaq:PLUG), a leader in providing clean, reliable energy solutions, today announced receipt of a purchase order from GENCO Supply Chain Solutions for 136 GenDrive(tm) fuel cell power units. The order consists of 100 class-3 pallet jack units and 36 class-2 standup reach truck units. In turn, GENCO will provide the units to Wegmans at its distribution facilities for conversion of lift truck fleets in their produce and grocery buildings. At Wegmans’ Pottsville, Pennsylvania facility, the GenDrive units will be placed into Crown lift trucks provided by Lift Inc.

(Nasdaq: SCOR), a leader in measuring the digital world, today released July 2009 data from the comScore Video Metrix service, showing that 158 million U.S. Internet users watched online video during the month, the largest audience ever recorded. Online video reached another all-time high in July with a total of 21.4 billion videos viewed during the month.
